Basic Health Profile — Men’s
Lower Cost
$112.95
One-time · No doctor required · Results in 24–48 hrs
A solid starting point for men who want a broad baseline at a lower price. Covers CBC, CMP, lipid panel, PSA, and urinalysis. Note: this panel doesn’t include HbA1c, hsCRP, Vitamin D, or TSH — the most important longevity markers missing from standard care.

Basic Health Profile — Women’s
Lower Cost
$112.95
One-time · No doctor required · Results in 24–48 hrs
A broad baseline panel for women. Covers CBC, CMP, lipid panel, and urinalysis. Same caveat as the men’s panel — missing the key longevity markers. Good if budget is the primary constraint; consider the Longevity Panel when you’re ready to go deeper.

What the Longevity Panel measures — and why it matters
TestWhat it revealsWhy standard care misses it
HbA1c90-day average blood sugar — the earliest metabolic warning signalOften only ordered for diabetics. Most people with creeping insulin resistance aren’t tested.
hsCRPSystemic inflammation — a silent driver of cardiovascular disease, cancer, and accelerated agingStandard CRP isn’t sensitive enough. hsCRP requires a different assay rarely ordered in routine care.
Vitamin DDeficiency linked to cardiovascular disease, cancer, dementia, and all-cause mortalityRarely checked unless symptoms appear. An estimated 40% of adults are deficient.
TSH + Free T3/T4Thyroid function — governs metabolic rate, energy, body composition, and cognitive functionSubclinical hypothyroidism is extremely common and chronically underdiagnosed.
Full Lipid PanelLDL, HDL, triglycerides — foundational cardiovascular risk markersUsually ordered, but interpreted against disease-detection thresholds, not longevity-optimal targets.
CBC + CMPComplete blood count and comprehensive metabolic panel — liver, kidney, blood cell healthMost standard care panels include these. The Longevity Panel includes them as part of a complete baseline.
What the Longevity Panel doesn’t include

The Longevity Panel is an excellent baseline but doesn’t cover everything. The most important markers missing from any standard panel — worth ordering à la carte once you have your baseline:

Each can be ordered individually through Ulta Lab Tests for $20–50. See the biomarker library for details on each one.

Common questions
Do I really not need a doctor to order these tests?
Correct — direct-to-consumer lab testing allows any adult to order blood tests without a physician’s referral. You pay online, receive a lab requisition, visit any Quest or Labcorp draw site, and get your results directly. No insurance required. Legal in most US states; a small number of states have restrictions on certain test types.
How do I find a lab draw site near me?
After ordering through Ulta Lab Tests, you’ll receive a requisition form. You can find a Quest or Labcorp location near you using their respective location finders. Most major cities have dozens of locations, many with same-day appointments. The draw itself takes about 10 minutes.
Do I need to fast before the blood draw?
For the Longevity Panel, fasting for 8–12 hours before your draw is recommended. This ensures accurate lipid panel results (especially triglycerides) and a valid fasting glucose reading. Water is fine. If you’re also ordering fasting insulin separately, fasting is required for that test specifically.
How often should I get tested?
For a first-time baseline, order the Longevity Panel once. After reviewing your results and making any interventions, retest in 3–6 months. Once your markers are stable and in optimal ranges, annual testing is sufficient — with more frequent retesting of specific markers if you’re actively managing a concern.
What do I do with my results once I have them?
Upload them here. The AgelessLabs AI interpreter scores every marker on a longevity scale, explains what each result means for your healthspan, identifies patterns across markers, and tells you exactly what to prioritize. It’s designed specifically for the markers in these panels.
